No, do not enable learning.
At the start of the script it has,
function init() {
{ #data : #ispy, learn : true, safe: true }
....
}
This object configures if the script will learn new objects and colors.
By default it will learn, but is in "safe" mode, so only learns single verified words.
For it to verify words you must have Wiktionary enabled so it can confirm the object is a noun and the color is an adjective.
You can set safe to false to let it learn anything the user says, but be careful doing this as some users may enter offensive words.
