We use HTML 5 Speech for our speech recognition for the web. On Chrome this uses Google's speech recognition. On Android we integrate with Android Speech, which uses Google's speech recognition. For iOS we integrate with iOS Speech, which uses Apple's speech recognition. We also have integration for Google Home/Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
