recently customized an avatar. received email confirmation that it's ready. I can't access it or install it. my email is [email protected]

To access your own avatar from the app:
- ensure you are signed in,
- from the Chat screen click on the bottom left menu icon,
- select "Change Avatar"
- click on the Search icon
- click on "my avatars"
- select your avatar
